The search bar has a drop down menu so the user can simplify their search a little more.

When John’s name was searched these are the results that came up. Each result is specifically related to John within the site. DispForm.aspx is the customers Bank Card within the system. The Follow Up is a follow up that was assigned to this employee for this customer. The ‘60’ is the customers Bank Product card allowing the employee to easily access it. The ‘Call Customer’ is a task assigned to the employee for the customer. Each one of these is a link that will take the User to the designated location within the website so the customer’s information can be accessed.
